SECURITY AND PRIVACY:

Avalonia is totally committed to protecting your online security and privacy.We will not pass your email address and personal details to any third party. Your details will only be used by Avalonia to complete your online purchase.Avalonia online security is backed by one of the world's largest and secure banks, HSBC. We have no access to your card or bank details as HSBC gives you the most up to date online security in the world.Customer information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Guarantee:

   Customer service is our priority if you are not happy with these goods you have seven days to contact us and arrange collection goods must be returned in delivery condition and in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Outward and return carriage applies to the customer.

2. Returns:

   All returns that do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the product.If the product deems to have been used the bike will be given a trade in value price. Outward and return carriage applies to the customer.

3. Warranty:

   This ATV/SCOOTER comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty which applies to parts & labour. Wear & tear, and ATV/SCOOTER misuse are NOT covered by warranty. Work shop labour is priced at a set £40.00 per hour. Please see below for parts covered. Call out charge for an onsite visit is £95.00 for the 1st hour and then £80.00 per hour there after. The warranty issued is a RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY and it is the reasonability of the customer to return the ATV/SCOOTER back to Avalonia for repair. If a part is needed to repair the ATV/SCOOTER the old part must returned before a replacement part is dispatched. This ATV/SCOOTER is NOT sold with any kind of break down cover and it is the customer’s reasonability to purchase adequate cover in the event of the ATV/SCOOTER breaking down.

4. Safety Disclaimer:

   Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to wear all protective clothing and head gear we hold no responsibility for any injury caused by any means.

5. Safety Checks:

   Avalonia Ltd is NOT responsible for the build of this ATV. Avalonia quality checks all ATV's but before use of this ATV it is essential that the customer checks that the ATV is correctly built. After every use, the customer must check all parts of ATV again. It is the customer's responsibility that all parts are checked.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THIS ATV & FOR YOUR SAFETY YOU MUST CHECK ALL NUTS & BOLTS AND MOVING PARTS AT REGULAR INTERVERALS.

* These are not covered if the bike is found to be abused by customer use or has been customer damaged.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Most products are shipped out by courier for a 48 hour delivery; next day is available at extra cost. Goods can also be collected by prior arrangement.The above are conditions of UK Mainland delivery only.
